We are looking for a skilled Drilling Superintendent to oversee and lead drilling operations in Gabon. This long-term expatriate role demands a proven track record in managing large-scale drilling projects with a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise drilling operations, ensuring all procedures comply with safety and quality standards.
• Manage and support drilling teams, providing guidance and technical oversight.
• Develop and implement project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, and local stakeholders.
• Ensure real-time monitoring and adjust operations as needed to optimize performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in drilling operations with at least 3 years in a superintendent role.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French is an asset.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in remote or expatriate assignments, ideally in Africa.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet project milestones.
