What do you get to do in this position?
  • Provide technical application support for the CRM tool (built on Salesforce framework) to internal and external users.
  • Deliver information to improve and enhance customer experience.
  • Develop and review knowledge documentation including white papers, troubleshooting guides and knowledge articles.

This job might be for you if:
  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related experience.
  • English - Advanced
  • 1-2 years of software customer experience
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, ECM is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards is a plus
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills with ability to work effectively in distributed teams.
  • Exhibit excellent problem solving skills, interpersonal and organizational communication skills, and proficiency in a multitude of software platforms.
  • Adaptability to process changes.
  • Expert Microsoft Excel knowledge.
  • Desired: experience in working with Salesforce.
