PositionOverview:
The Sr Product Marketing Specialist -Productivity Solutions plays acentral role by partnering with Product Management, Sales, Communications, andall the other parts of Marketing and throughout the company to drive clear,compelling messaging and positioning, deliver customer insights, take new andexisting products to market, and develop content that fuels growth campaigns.

This role reports directly to the Solutions Sr. Director of ProductManagement, and will be based in Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Fort Mill, SC, orPittsburgh, PA.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience managing NPI projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Technical knowledge related to product development and introduction processes.
  • Ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management and product management tools.
  • Proactive approach to addressing and resolving issues.

KeyResponsibilities:

NPI ProjectManagement: Lead Global Product Marketing for Solutions offerings. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successfullaunch of new products.
StrategicPlanning: Support strategies for new productintroductions that align with market needs and business goals. Provide insightsand recommendations based on market research and competitive analysis. Play an instrumental role aspart of annual strategy process
Cross-FunctionalCoordination: Collaboratewith marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment andintegration of new products. Facilitate effective communication and resolve anyissues that arise. Workcollaboratively with sales and product managers to develop sales playbooks
TechnicalExpertise: Provide technical support andguidance throughout the NPI process. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Solutions Value Proposition and SupportingContent to the broader organization
Market Readiness: Collaborate with marketing and sales teamsensure that new products are well-positioned in the market and supported withappropriate training and materials. Partner with the Strategic alliances, Competitive/Marketing Intel,Channel marketing/Sales enablement, Global Business Enterprises, and the CSCSr. Director of Product Management to develop the content and positioning ofCSC solutions. Define and message key Solutions use cases. Facilitate across sales,marketing, and product to develop and deliver product messaging and content.
Documentation andReporting: Maintain comprehensive documentationrelated to new product introductions. Prepare and present reports on projectstatus, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
Customer andStakeholder Engagement: Engagewith customers and stakeholders to gather feedback on new products. Utilizefeedback to drive product improvements and enhance customer satisfaction. Facilitate Customer AdvisoryBoards. Be a top speaker for Solutions.
Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential issues duringthe NPI phase and develop solutions to address them. Implement strategies toprevent future issues and ensure a smooth product launch.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 3+ years of experience leading product marketing at fast-growing software organization across multiple functions and disciplines and in B2B software
  • 3+ years of experience creating polished product content

  • A gift for storytelling and proven ability to craft compelling go-to-market stories, expressed in the form of executive presentations, keynotes, web copy, pitch decks, sales playbooks, and more
  • Experience positioning technical products to both technical and economic buyers
  • Excellent written and presentation skills. This role demands someone who is gifted in their ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including sales, Sales Engineers, demand generation, product management, and marketing communication teams.
  • Self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative software company.
  • BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
