We have an opportunity for a Sr. Cyber Security Supervisor to join our team in Bucharest. This position will be responsible for supervising the MSSC team locatedin Bucharest and assure the delivery of Honeywell Process Solutions SecurityService Center (SSC) services. The position will have direct reportingrelationship to the Cyber Security Manager and work as part of a Global ManagedServices team. The position should possess the ability to supervise a team,possessing strong customer service skills, influencing and maintaining closeworking relationship with other departments.

We have an opportunity for a Sr. Cyber Security Supervisor to join our team in Bucharest. This position will be responsible for supervising the MSSC team locatedin Bucharest and assure the delivery of Honeywell Process Solutions SecurityService Center (SSC) services. The position will have direct reportingrelationship to the Cyber Security Manager and work as part of a Global ManagedServices team. The position should possess the ability to supervise a team,possessing strong customer service skills, influencing and maintaining closeworking relationship with other departments.
Sr. Cyber Security Supervisor responsibilities:
- Assume leadership role in all Managed Services activities ensuring on time delivery and within budget for projects and services as well as the satisfaction of the customer.
- Supervise a team of individual contributors including understanding personnel strategic direction based on business requirements to include recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Professionally represent the managed services business in interactions with internal and external customers and business partners as required. Establish goals that drive the organization to success by understanding the business direction and customer needs.
- Arranges the right combination of skills and experiences required by engaging Honeywell specialists to quickly address problems as they occur. Maintain technical competency on security monitoring and management solutions.
- Supervise the generation of monitoring reports assuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer. Assist in the development of customer reports summarizing and analyzing the results of the remote network monitoring services. Contribute to the development of the remote services portfolio.
- Keep technically current with the HPS/ Industry Standard networking, cyber security, and wireless product/systems portfolio, while maintaining expert knowledge on specific designated network disciplines.
- Develop sound and trusted relationships with internal and external customers by providing accurate and efficient technical/engineering support. Maintain industrial safety awareness through the completion of pertinent safety certifications. Configuration and onsite implementation of remote solution. Manage 24 x 7 on-call process as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a computer related field such as Computer Science, Computer information systems, electronics or in lieu of degree 7 years of directly related experience;
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory/management experience of IT professionals Minimum of 3 years experience in providing services via remote connectivity
- Minimum of 7 years experience in Information Technology
- Customer service orientated with 2 or more years of experience in an industrial service/project related environment
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills including problem solving, trouble shooting, management of priorities and self-direction to resolve complex issues
- Effective written and verbal skill to enable strong communication capabilities
- CISCO Certified Network Associate or equivalent
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate or equivalent experience
