Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Civil and Structural Calculations: Take responsibility for structural calculations, focusing on precision in design and analysis for both steel and concrete structures.
- Oversee Civil Engineering Tasks: Coordinate and manage civil engineering aspects across projects, ensuring technical quality and compliance with design standards.
- Project and Team Management: Supervise a team of civil engineers and structural designers, fostering a collaborative environment that ensures all team members adhere to project timelines and technical standards.
- Client Liaison: Act as a primary technical contact for the client, presenting solutions and ensuring client satisfaction with civil engineering deliverables.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and review technical documentation, including reports, calculations, and specifications.
- Risk and Compliance: Maintain rigorous standards for risk management, regulatory compliance, and safety throughout all project phases.
Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in industrial engineering with expertise in structural analysis and calculation for steel and concrete structures.
- Leadership Skills: Strong team management experience, with a proven ability to lead and mentor civil engineering teams.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in civil engineering and calculation software, including TEKLA, RFEM, DLUBAL, Robot, and IDEA Statica.
- Languages: Minimum B2 level proficiency in German, with fluency in English.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Professional Background: Experience in industrial civil engineering, ideally including leadership roles and complex project management.
- Documentation: Applicants are encouraged to include a project list detailing recent and relevant projects.
Preferred Certifications:
- Membership in a professional engineering association (such as a "qualifizierter Tragwerksplaner" or equivalent) is an advantage.
