THEBUSINESS UNIT
TheCollaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) Propulsion initiative is focused ondeveloping advanced propulsion systems for unique CCA platforms that willsupport various Autonomous Air Vehicle missions. Honeywell has a family ofcurrent and future propulsion offerings for this emerging aircraft class.

Position Overview:

As a Director of Product Management at Honeywell, you willhold a senior leadership position responsible for driving customer discovery,New Product Development (NPD) execution, and New Product Introduction (NPI)acceleration in your region. Your role will be crucial in shaping the productstrategy and roadmap for CCAPropulsion, understanding customer needs, and developing a business case that leads to successful product launches. Additionally, as a people leader, you will play akey role in developing and supporting your teams, fostering a culture ofcollaboration and innovation.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in product or program management, with significant experience in leading NPI initiatives and teams.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in product development, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of driving innovation, strategic growth, and achieving business objectives through successful NPI initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • NPI Strategy Development: Develop and execute acomprehensive NPI strategy aligned with business objectives and marketopportunities. Define the vision, goals, and priorities for NPI initiatives andensure alignment with broader company strategies.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and mentor across-functional team responsible for NPI initiatives, including productmanagers, engineers, designers, and marketers. Provide guidance, coaching, andsupport to ensure alignment, collaboration, and high performance across theteam.
  • Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customerneeds, and competitive threats. Identify new opportunities for productexpansion or innovation through NPI initiatives.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and executego-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature enhancements.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensuresuccessful product launches and adoption.
  • Product Roadmap Development: Lead the development ofproduct roadmaps for NPI initiatives, outlining key milestones, features, andenhancements to be delivered over time. Prioritize initiatives based on markettrends, customer needs, and business priorities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strongrelationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners,and industry influencers. Serve as the primary point of contact for NPI-relatedmatters and ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor keyperformance metrics for NPI initiatives, including revenue, market share, andcustomer satisfaction. Analyze performance data to identify areas forimprovement and drive continuous optimization.
  • Innovation and Future Planning: Drive innovationwithin the NPI process by identifying new market opportunities, emergingtechnologies, and customer needs. Work closely with R&D and innovationteams to develop and test new product concepts.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUSTHAVE:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
  • Proven track record in customer discovery, NPD execution, and NPI acceleration
  • Experience in developing business case financials and creating offering roadmaps
