Position: Executive Project Manager.

YOE: 3 to 6 Years.

Contract: On Permanent Role.

Location: Navi Mumbai.

Essential skills and knowledge

Required Skills and Experience:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus

Technical Skills

• In-depth knowledge of AC & DC systems, including installation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as Gantt charts, PERT, and CPM for planning and tracking.
• Strong understanding of HT and LT infrastructure development processes.
• Experience with obtaining regulatory approvals and ensuring compliance.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in project management, particularly in infrastructure or energy projects.
• Hands-on experience in managing ground-based power projects (20 MW capacity, with individual projects of 5 MW each).
• Proven track record in managing complex site requirements and coordinating across multiple teams.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage vendor relationships, team coordination, and client interactions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel extensively across India for project execution.
• Ability to stay at project sites for extended periods as needed.
• Proactive and results-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
