Essential skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Strong Technical Writing skills and heavy industry experience
- Bachelor's Degree in English or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in heavy industry, mining or engineering environment
- Extensive experience architecting complex site documents and documentation sets, information design and structured authorising documents
- The ability to learn complex drafting and engineering concepts quickly and explain with clarity and technical accuracy
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite - Word and Excel specifically
- Understanding of engineering drafting standards and processes with a proven track record, preferably in the heavy engineering industry (preferable)
- Works will under pressure and manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
- Customer centric in all activities and decisions
- Staying abreast of technology changes and enhancements
