Qualifications
Knowledge and/or Experience - I
- Support the Head of Facilities Maintenance with all facilities-related activities, ensuring a consistently high level of service for all Company facilities.
Key Job Accountabilities - I
- Support Head of Facilities Maintenance and Facilities Engineers to effectively monitor and coordinate the provision of Facility Maintenance across all office facilities and plant civil support in a timely manner including the building operator care programs, planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and safety inspections.
- Assist Facilities Engineers and Service providers to effectively implement Maintenance plans for Building and Infrastructure assets.
- Assist the process of establishing supplier contracts and CWOs by providing inputs related to scope, review of schedule of rates to ensure that timely award of contracts and CWOs are made in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Administer the process of creating Facilities Maintenance material data and codes in SAP system taking inputs from Facilities Engineers and support in sourcing and expediting of material from Company warehouse with the related purchase requisitions.
Key Job Accountabilities - II
- Support in the preparation of technical reports on Facilities Maintenance, prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on action items with Facilities Engineers and Section Head.
- Process gate passes for materials and personnel as per Company policies and procedures for various assets.
- Co-ordinate and arrange Company training for contractor's staff in line with the mobilisation timelines for work scope issued to contractor for implementation.
- Maintain contracts and work orders for Facilities Maintenance section ensuring documentation is up to date and controlled for the department.
- Support Facilities Engineers and Contract Administrator in the invoice verification process for Facilities Maintenance section.
- Support Section Head and Engineers in the document management related to new projects and committees.
Qualifications
- Completion of Secondary School Education (12 years).
Knowledge and/or Experience - I
- 5 years' experience in maintenance environment.
