Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for end to end transport an trade operations as well as sourcing activities for the business. The work model for the role is: #hybrid This role is based in Jakarta contributing to the Process Automation Process Industries in Indonesia, Malaysia, as well as, Singapore. You will be mainly accountable for: • Responsible Indonesia import/export operations, including source and recommend freight forwarders for projects tenders/executions, • Ensures smooth execution of operational trade and customs activities within a local unit, including relevant documentation and compliance with regulations. Participate in customs audits. • Source for materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms. • Ensures purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures. Supporting both tender and execution teams.

Qualifications for the role

• Good knowledge in Indonesia's and Singapore's procurement, logistics, and customs' requirements.
• 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in source, procure to pay activities - end to end.
• Demonstrated experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and standard operating procedures; SAP experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS-Office (MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT).
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills in both Indonesian and English languages.
• Strong interpersonal skills, willing to manage different tasks under high pressure.
• Have a continuous improvement mindset.
