In this role, the Executive Assistant will provide administrative support the Executive Director for Flight Safety
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Design and ensure (including content coordination) operating mechanisms such as 1:1s, team meetings (including in-person/virtual offsites), all hands meeting etc., are conducted
- Draft and review organizational announcements for the leader in partnership with Internal communications
- Manage travel arrangements and create & submit expense reports
- Provide special meeting/event planning and logistics (offsites, all-hands, team activities, retirement events, etc.)
- Compile and format leadership pitches, organizational communications, and other special projects
- Able to incorporate creative approaches to various projects by taking initiative and working independently
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of executive administrative support experience)
