We have an opportunity for a Sales Manager (Outside Sales) to join us at Honeywell, in Prague. The Sales Manager is responsible for the continuous growth of business volume in his/her assigned product line (fire alarm and detection - https://buildings.honeywell.com/us/en/solutions/fire) and territory (Slovakia). One of the most important aspects for success is solution-oriented communication backed by professional competence. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, partners, and key accounts in the assigned territory.
- Negotiate price levels and manage the tender creation process.
- Support the sales team with project planning and implementation and collaborate closely with the inside sales team to ensure successful project execution.
- Implement and support marketing activities in the region (e.g., roadshows, exhibitions).
- Develop a business plan for the region, including a strategy for new customer acquisition.
Key skills and qualifications
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in solution selling.
- Technical/Engineering Degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and strong customer orientation and confident business demeanor.
- Excellent English and Czech or Slovak language skills.
- Willingness to travel.
