- During the program, you'll have the chance to work in different functional placements mainly across Supply Chain departments (e.g. Strategic Procurement, Transactional Procurement, Supplier Relationship Management, Analytics, Sustainability)
- Besides you'll complete each at least one cross-functional and international placement
- Moreover, we offer you the opportunity to gain global insights into E.ON's business with a focus on topics like supplier negotiations, development of group-wide purchasing strategies, site visits and contributing to overarching projects such as process development in warehouse logistics and IT interfaces across Europe (e.g. Hamburg, Munich, Malmö, Cluj)
What we expect from you
- You have an above average Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or IT with at least 2 years of relevant working experience or a respective Master's degree
- Enthusiasm for technology and IT affinity characterizes you
- You are fluent in English and have advanced German skills with willingness to improve
- Ideally you have gained international experience staying abroad in the form of exchange semesters, internships, or volunteer work
- Your initial experiences with big data, SAP or analytical tools would be ideal
- You can contribute with a team oriented mindset and the ability to build meaningful and strong relationships with relevant interfaces
- Strong solution and stakeholder oriented thinking with excellent reasoning skills and a structured way of thinking are what we are looking for to develop even further with you
