Central Reward
l Support to drive compensation and benefit strategy to ensure total Reward competitiveness and market alignment.
l Design and maintain various reward programs at country level based on business requirement and prepare communication package.
l Develop and review salary structure to ensure market competitiveness.
l Implement Global / country policies and projects on country level.
l Centralize appointment of vendors to maximize cost-savings, efficiency and improve productivity.
BU Reward Partner
l Act as delegated reward contact for related BU to provide consultant support on total reward solution.
l Drive the implementation of country/global C&B programs to ensure BU/ division compliance and consistence across country and global.
l Review/propose compensation proposal, improve incentive scheme for both policy and process.
l Provide tailored reward solutions which sustain business development needs aiming to retain right talents and motivate employees with high performance.
l Responsible for job evaluation for senior positions and work with global team on position validation.
l M&A support in C&B area
l Answer related C&B questions raised by HRBP, HR service and Management team. Act as internal advisor and expert to provide advice and consultation on various reward issues.
Requirements :
l Bachelor and above degree, >8 years of HR experience in multi-national company or consultant firm, at least 3 years in C&B, manufacturing experience is a plus.
l Logical thinking with strong analytical skill, solution oriented.
l Self-motivated, high sense of confidentiality and personal integrity
l Good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skill
l Excellent in Excel and PowerPoint
l Fluent English in both oral communication and writing.
