In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- To answer technical calls from Professional Tools customers, not limited to contractors, resellers, distributors, and field sales representatives.
- To provide and explain product specifications and product features to customers.
- To identify and check products' bill of materials to provide part replacements to customers and review the engineering drawings to get the product dimensions or specifications in the team center.
- To recommend alternative product models that are appropriate to the customer's tool requirements and obsolete products with replacement.
- To process repair return requests accurately and within the target service level.
- To identify process improvements to ensure that work processes are done efficiently and optimally.

- Bachelor's degree in any Engineering course is preferred.
- 1-2 years of work experience in technical support in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing tools.
- Excellent English comprehension, writing, and communication skills.

- Background in offshore service operations is a plus.
