The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible to coordinate the warehouse team, manage processes and systems to ensure all products in the warehouse, from incoming raw materials to finished goods are received, stored, and dispatched appropriately, and that efficiency targets are met.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Supervising daily warehouse activities: raw material reception, picking, shipping, inventory control;
• Responsible for everything from day-to-day operations to ensuring that their team members are best supported to achieve their goals;
• Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate;
• Responsible for physical inventory, Inventory analysis and action plan;
• Train, guide and evaluate warehouse workers;
• Increase efficiency through process improvements, automations etc ;
• Optimize employee workflow;
• Incoming and outgoing packing material management;
• Maintaining a safe and balanced work environment by establishing and carrying out standards and procedures.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Minimum of 2 years supervision experience.
• Confirmed knowledge and experience in supervising warehouse teams and projects.
• Proficient English language skills.

• Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data;
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
