Job Summary:

The Project Management has the overall responsibility for the Big & Complexity project in the period from Quotation stage to the Commissioning on board started.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Overall Responsibility for a Specific project from Quotation Stage to Commissioning on board.
• Internal coordination to devise on overview of the overall project a proceed functions within deadline.
• Quick response and follow-up through communication such as Face-to-Face meeting with customers.
• SPOC (Single Point of Contacts)
• Review contract requirements, project costing, customer specification and other project scope related documents such as Bill of Material and Hardware/Software requirements.
• Provide assistance in managing Project Timelines, and serve as a liaison between the customer and the Operations Department to uphold the Master Schedule.
• Prepare and conduct Project related meetings such as Internal Kickoff Meetings, Customer Kickoff Meetings and Project Design Review Meetings.
• Prepare, submit, and update monthly Project Status Reports to keep customer advised of Project Status and to address issues related to Project Execution.
• Prepare outgoing project correspondence and address incoming project correspondence.
• Work with the department admin assistant as project coordinator to maintain an adequate Project Administration.
• Support field services activities (if any), from System Startups to Commissioning and Site Acceptance.
• Lead and supervise project teams to ensure the effective management and implementation of all projects assigned to the team.
• Lead and implement projects and ensure that company standard procedures are applied.
• Supervise each project schedule and always maintain an updated schedule for all projects assigned to the team.
• Prepare project-related reports monthly.
• Ensure that project documentation is timely and accurately prepared by the project team.
• Achieve and improve customer satisfaction by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, while meeting the customer's technical specifications and all other contractual commitments.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Good communication skills in both Korean and English.
• Software programming skills & proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Responsible, honest, dedicated, and hardworking, teamwork spirit.
• Min 1 ~ 2 years' experience in marine automation/hydraulic/electronic industry.
• Working experience or knowledge with Valve Remote Control and Level Gauging system is preferred.
