Duties & Responsibilities:
• As part of the Developer Services team, you will support clients who are developing some of the largest and most impactful renewable energy projects in the United States, leveraging Revamp's dynamic team of expert renewable engineering consultants.
• Oversee projects in a portfolio or a suite of projects.
• Independently apply extensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices in engineering consulting and project management.
• Independently evaluate, select, and adapt procedures and criteria.
• Responsible for project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage both internal and subconsultant deliverables.
• Prepare monthly invoicing.
• Manage multiple complex projects at one time.
• May act as a Portfolio Manager for a suite of similar projects.
• Lead in the preparation of proposals.
• Lead all staff necessary to complete assignments.
• Review and finalize scopes, budgets, and schedules for assignments.
• Prepare proposals to provide professional services for engineering projects or portfolios.
• Plan, schedule, or coordinate the preparation of documents or activities for multiple major projects or is responsible for an entire portfolio.
• Review complete project documents for conformity and quality assurance.
• May act as a supervisor.
• Interact with clients, customers, officials, subcontractors, and others.
• Manage client standards and best practices.
• Represent Revamp in meetings with clients, customers, officials, subcontractors, and others and present specific aspects of engineering assignments.
• Perform essential duties including meeting deliverables and deadlines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned or directed.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or similar.
• Prior experience in a renewable energy construction, development or engineering environment is required.
• Familiarity with the renewable energy project development process is preferred.
• 8+ years of project management experience in an engineering consulting environment in renewable energy or similar industry is required.
• Ability to identify and solve complex problems.
• Advanced verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to be both creative and analytical.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Efficient time management - handle multiple projects simultaneously and with minimal supervision including prioritizing, organizing, and planning effectively to meet all deadlines.
