This position reports to
Marketing & Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in the assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support the Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training. This role is contributing to the Medium Voltage product group in Belgium and Luxembourg. Main stakeholders are customers, sales teams, and project managers. You will be mainly accountable for: • Ensuring timely and accurate creation of tender documents through coordination with relevant stakeholders. • Managing all aspects of the bid - including technical, financial, product management, and risk reviews. • Contributing to an effective, positive customer relationship throughout the sales process, including participation in procurement negotiations. • Driving sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and technical training for the sales/project team. • Building up a deep knowledge of the competitive landscape. • Preparing business/marketing plans focused on business development where needed. Qualifications for the role
- Passionate about technology, you love working in an innovative environment
- A higher degree (Bachelor and/or Master) in electrical engineering or electromechanics, ... or equivalent through experience
- First work experience in a relevant technical environment
- Good command of the Dutch, French and English languages, both verbally and in writing
- Results-oriented with a good commercial flair
- Enthusiastic, stress resistant, accurate and a real team player
- Willing to travel occasionally within Europe.
