Talent Acquisition Manager PA
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for executing talent recruitment in Norway in line with regional and global strategies, processes, tools, and frameworks. This hybrid role is ideal for someone passionate about sourcing, attracting, and nurturing top talent while also focusing on early-career recruitment and development. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team members, HRBPs, and hiring managers across all ABB business divisions in Norway. Your key responsibilities will include: Talent Acquisition: You will assist in identifying and attracting top talent across various departments, utilizing innovative sourcing methods and building a robust talent pipeline. Early Talent Programs: You will support the development and execution of early-career programs, such as internships, apprenticeships, and graduate schemes. Candidate Experience: You will ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates, from application through onboarding. Employer Branding: You will collaborate with the marketing team to promote the company's employer brand and attract diverse talent. Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver high-quality recruitment services. Data Management: You will maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system and generate recruitment reports. Diversity and Inclusion: You will champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process. Event Coordination: You will assist in organizing and participating in campus recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking activities.

Qualifications for the role
- To be successful in this role, you bring a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, paired with relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to build meaningful connections with both candidates and colleagues.
- Your ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively as part of a team, ensures you can adapt to different needs and dynamics in a fast-paced environment.
- You should be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and familiar with applicant tracking systems, using these tools to support and enhance recruitment operations effectively. Your passion for developing early career talent and promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace is key to driving impactful initiatives and fostering a positive candidate experience.
