The ThermalPortfolio Manager is a key role responsible for managing and optimizingthe product portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and marketdemands. Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management: Lead the management of theproduct portfolio, including performance tracking, analysis, and optimization.Develop and implement strategies to enhance portfolio value and drive businessgrowth.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with seniormanagement to define and execute portfolio strategies. Contribute to long-termplanning and strategic decision-making based on market trends and businessobjectives.
Product Lifecycle Oversight: Oversee all stages ofthe product lifecycle to ensure effective management of product development,launches, and phase-outs.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research andcompetitive analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and customer needs.Use insights to inform product strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely withR&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment onproduct initiatives. Facilitate communication and coordination acrossdepartments to support successful product execution.
Project Management: Lead key portfolio projects,including new product launches, product enhancements, and market expansions.Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on keyperformance indicators (KPIs) for the portfolio. Analyze performance data toidentify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Engage withcustomers, partners, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, address issues,and build strong relationships. Utilize feedback to drive product improvementsand ensure customer satisfaction.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to juniorteam members and support their professional development. Share expertise andbest practices to enhance team capabilities and performance.

Must Have:
- 5-7 years of experience in product management or portfolio management, with a proven track record of managing complex portfolios and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing product portfolios
- Knowledge of market research and thoughtfulness techniques
- Familiarity with product development processes
