As a Material Handler Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for the efficient and accurate movement of materials within the warehouse. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that materials are properly stored, organized, and delivered to the production line in a timely manner. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our operations.
You will report directly to our Warehouse Supervisor and you'll work out of our Tempe, AZ location.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our warehouse operations by:
- Operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials
- Loading and unloading trucks and verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Performing inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies
- Ensuring that materials are properly labeled, stored, and organized
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production and shipping deadlines
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Operate material handling equipment to move materials within the warehouse
• Load and unload trucks, verifying the accuracy of shipments
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of materials
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet production and shipping deadlines
