Integrated Supply Chain Learning Director

We are looking for a Learning Leader with a creative mindsettowards modern learning approaches, an understanding of effective designmethodology & delivery, technical aptitude, and a desire to drive scalablestrategic advancement of their programs.
As the Integrated Supply Chain Learning Director, you will report to theDirector of Learning in Honeywell's Global HR Talent and Learning Center ofExpertise with matrix reporting to the Integrated Supply Chain Vice Presidentof Human Resources . You will work out of our Charlotte, North Carolinalocation on a hybrid work schedule. You will be responsible for developing andimplementing learning strategies and programs to support the growth anddevelopment of our employees in Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) who work inmanufacturing plant locations across the globe. You will have a significantimpact on the organization by designing and delivering learning initiativesthat align with our business objectives and drive employee engagement andperformance while shaping the learning culture by ensuring that employees havethe necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.

Your priorities will change and evolve as ISC employee learning prioritiesevolve. Your initial work scope will include designing and deploying thefollowing Integrated Supply Chain learning programs:
• Lean Leadership Academy
• Frontline Leader Training
• Site Excellence Training, Emerging Site Leader Training
• 3P Methodology Certification

YOU WILL UTILIZE YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS TO:
• Leveraging ADDIE to own the end-to-end process of design and experientialdelivery of ISC Learning Programs.
• Optimize participant learning experience curating and organizing content andlearning experiences for targeted audience and performance-based learningobjectives.
• Develop and implement learning strategies and programs that align withbusiness objectives.
• Design and deliver learning programs leveraging all modalities (ILT, VILT,eLearning) to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content for learninginitiatives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and drive improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning anddevelopment.
• Partner with HR business partners and leaders to identify learning needs anddevelop targeted solutions.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and learning partners.
• Oversee the learning budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of learningprograms.
• Handle ongoing analysis and continuous improvements to ISC learning programs.
• Conduct annual learning needs assessment and development of ISC learningstrategy recommendation.
• For each program collaborate with applicable Executive Sponsors, HR VicePresidents, and Talent Management leaders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
YOU MUST HAVE
• At least 8 years of experience in manufacturing and integrated supply chainmanagement within a large-scale, global organization.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to drive strategic planning and course level learning assessment toinform learning plan proposal-recommendation.
• Course design and delivery skills with background building and executingmodern learning programs for manufacturing employees.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to motivate and build and be a part of high performing teams.
• Process/systems and results orientated.
• Large scale change management experience.

• Web-course development experience using tools like Articulate Rise.
