- Comply with Safety and cyber security policies, practices, and procedures
- Comply to the mandatory safety policies( Preparation, Risk assessment preparation, POWRA Preparation, Ensure the PPE Availability and Risk Mitigation, reporting near Miss after completing the RA and POWRA, Strict Compliance of LOTO, etc)
- Understand scope of work, respect time allocation to perform job and ensure full traceability (timesheet, change order etc..)
- Organize the required project site logistics (site huts, tools etc.).
- Co-ordinate with customer for entry gate pass, work permit etc.
- Co ordinate with Sales team to propose the suitable solutions
- Experience in ATS, PLC and Automation activities
- Experience in Power Quality and network Audits
- Experience in Power factor correction and Active and Passive harmonics filters
- Perform Startup/Commissioning on Schneider Electric product & possible competition equipment.
- Schedule site weekly activity including resources- For Long term Projects
- Monitor and report on the job progress- For Long term Projects
- Allocate appropriate resources and monitor external cabling is in accordance to the cable schedule. Insulation check of all external control cables verification and its documentation.
- Use all digital tools designed for SE FSR
- Analyze and explain reports results to customers and management
- Escalate quality or technical issue detected on field
- Track Installed Base (serviceable assets)
- Advise customers on different opportunities to optimize its install base and create lead generation business opportunities
- Prepare and compile the as built installation documentation and cable schedule
- Proactive participation to team collective initiatives & management meetings to achieve departmental and company goals (SIM1)
- Support planners, coordinators, project manager to get good customer site condition understanding
- Understand Eco structure offer and provide technical explanation to customers
- Co-ordinate with the customer during the job progress and attend daily / weekly site meetings.
- Leads or contributes to Field Services small projects coordination and execution on customer site (end of life, modernization, upgrade, ...).
- Get signature from customer for acceptance after the execution of the on-site work
- Properly document, label, and return all defective parts utilized in the repair of equipment to the designated disposal/repair location.
- Develop innovative solutions to more complex technical problems that arise during start-up and maintain the record for future reference.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new products or equipment's upgrades that will meet customer needs.
- Assist Schneider Electric Service Partners in site visits, evaluating technical and professional performance.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in MV/LV Switchgears, Transformers, PLCs, Power factor corrections, Power Quality Audit and VFDs
- Quality of service of related jobs.
- Customers quality claims of related j obs.
- Must comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
