You will be responsible for optimizing Emerson FCV Europe Spare parts inventory, ensure parts availability, especially on high rotating forecastable items and strategic parts, reaching the required level of 'Fill Rate' and 'Service Level'. In this role you will need to use your strong experience of inventory planning and analysis, and consider Emerson's inventory strategy and related rules.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
• Maintaining the Parts Inventory parameter settings to achieve the key inventory goals, such as CFF (Customer Facing Fill Rate), ITO (Inventory Turnover) and others to maximize our on-time with short lead-time service level.
• Identify the appropriate stock levels for individual Spare Parts, Repair kits, and set's components, based on Emerson's inventory strategy.
• Effective usage of applications and tools that help in our inventory optimization.
• Make quarterly Excess & Obsolete analysis, control write-off process.
• Harmonize and maintain lead times in ERP systems.
• Support projects based on reports and analyses of historical usage of products.
• Keep contact with Spare parts team, Interco sites, Europe Inventory, Finance and OPS leaders.
• Take part and drive in Europe inventory discussions and optimization. Lead and execute excess scrapping process whenever necessary.
• Cooperate with Intercompany sites, to control excess and obsolete, and write off inventory whenever needed.
• Deliver and utilize inventory reports (regular and ad-hoc) with the aim to drive impactful action to growth Parts business and improve main related KPIs.
• Support and actively participate in Perfect Execution Parts LT reduction projects.as well as continuous improvement initiatives and developments.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
• Economic degree
• Fluent written and oral English
• Strong MS excel knowledge
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in inventory management
• Experience in Inventory Data analyses

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:
• Technical degree
• Experience in Spare parts business
• SQL knowledge, Oracle ERP
• PowerBI experience - minimum of 1 year
• Excellent understanding of product structure and databases.
