In August 2021, Yoast joined the company Newfold Digital. Joining forces with this leading web-presence solutions provider will help us reach even more people to help them improve their SEO. It enables us to expand on our work across many platforms and bring more of our SEO ideas into practice. A big change, but a lot will also remain the same: our team, our brand, our headquarters in Wijchen, and Yoast SEO. And, of course, our mission: SEO for everyone.

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead demand generation and product marketing strategies to meet growth and retention targets through the development of high-impact marketing campaigns and activations

How you will make your mark:

Campaign execution:

• Lead the creation and evaluation of high-impact campaigns focused on both acquisition and customer engagement

Product marketing:

• Conduct market opportunity analysis, develop value propositions, and coordinate go-to-market strategies with the product team
• Lead competitive positioning and oversee execution and evaluation of product-focused initiatives

Customer marketing:

• Drive customer retention and growth through targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and upsell strategies for the paid customer base

Demand generation:

• Define and execute priority campaigns and "always-on" activities to meet acquisition goals
• Manage the marketing activations calendar and oversee agency partners/internal specialists driving paid digital channels

Who you are and what you'll need to succeed:

• 5+ years as a results-driven marketing mana with a deep understanding of demand generation, campaign execution, and customer engagement
• Analytical, organized, and skilled at managing complex projects across multiple teams. Your strategic mindset, combined with a data-driven approach, enables you to prioritize initiatives effectively and adapt quickly to changing business needs
• You thrive in collaborative environments, bringing energy and focus to every project, and are committed to achieving impactful results through structured and thoughtful marketing efforts
