Your role and responsibilities
The Creo Application Business Owner has the overall accountability for the application and is responsible for the entire application lifecycle including design, strategy, and execution. Ensures the application works reliably, serves its users globally, and remains fit for purpose for supported business processes to deliver value to the Drives organization. Accountable for application security and compliance, in line with external and internal regulations. The work model for the role is: hybrid ; #LI-Hybrid The role is contributing to the Motion Drives divisions globally. The preferred location for this role is Helsinki (Finland) or Juri (Estonia). You will be mainly accountable for: • Resource and Performance Management: Secures resources, manages performance, and ensures continuous improvement of the application. • Strategic Alignment and Governance: Aligns application with business strategy, defines SLAs, and chairs governance board meetings. • Compliance and Security: Ensures adherence to IS policies, manages application security, and oversees User Access Rights Management. • Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Manages teams, delegates responsibilities, and serves as the escalation point for issue resolution.

Qualifications for the role
- Minimum 5 years of Mechanical Design or Administration experience with Creo.
- Systems Development and experience on PLM systems, preferably Windchill.
- Process Improvement & Optimization experience.
- Finance/Project Management experience
- Good understanding of IT Management principles.
- Knowledge of Data Analytics and Agile methodology.
- Experience with Engineering\Service and Operation Management.
- Fluent English language skills.
