We are looking for a Regional Recruitment Lead, to support our Talent Acquisition team in all talent acquisition related activities. This role will allow this professional to influence and support the business with its ambition of being an employer of choice, acting as the focal point for the regional recruitment activities and queries.

What will you be doing?
- Act as a functional lead for recruitment, providing support and guidance on all recruitment matters, in close alignment with our Global and Regional Talent Attraction strategy.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for recruitment and selection topics.
- Provide recruitment expertise to the business, working with Regional HR Management, Country HRs, Heads of Function and Global Recruitment team to support all recruitment related activities.
- Lead internal projects focused on automation & optimization, data quality and continuous improvement, with a high focus on candidates' experience.
- Lead our regional Talent Assessment Centre in close alignment with the Talent Management strategy.
- Responsible for the provision of tracking metrics and KPIs and creating associated reports to support our regional targets.
- Developing and maintaining positive, collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the reputation of the HR as a people focused function.
What experience would we like you to have?
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Demonstrated senior experience and expertise level in the Talent Attraction & Acquisition fields.
- Prior experience managing teams in a multinational setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage teams in a hybrid work setting.
- High focus on candidates' experience.
- Knowledgeable and high focus on managing diversity and inclusion from a talent acquisition perspective.
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage customer expectations accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong analytical, planning and project management skills.
