We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Satisfaction and Sr. Quality Transformation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safeguarding the quality excellence during change management and drive the continuous improvement projects. The change management projects are those industrial transfer projects, new offer launching projects and significant production line transformation projects.
What will you do?
• Act as subject matter expert (SME) to support the industrial transfer project team with the best knowledge of quality requirements along the full cycle of the projects.
• Perform audits as per the global quality guideline and provide the go/no go decision. Follow up the action plan and validate proof before green light is awarded.
• Ensure all critical issues and safety risks are mitigated at gate of mass production to ensure zero safety and regulatory risk.
• Act as continuous improvement leader in assigned critical quality project to improve quality performance.
What qualifications will make you successful?
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field; Master's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in GSC functions, such as CS&Q, Project Management, Supply Chain / Logistics Management experience etc.
• Strong quality mindset with a passion of working hands-on with authority and ability to work under pressure.
• Quality professional skills of PPAP, APQP, six sigma black belt and XFMEAs and other continuous improvement tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Up to 50% travel
