Service Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilities
ABB currently have two Service coordinator positions available! In this role, you will have the opportunity to support service sales by handling spare parts inquiries and coordinating the end-to-end customer supply process to ensure high service quality, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will support the end-to-end product/system/service development process. You will also showcase your expertise by managing spare parts evolution with respect to product/system/service Life Cycle Management shifts. The work model for the role is: Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electricfication Services Business located in Moorebank NSW. You will be mainly accountable for: • Assisting in the resolution of customer spare parts issues. • Participating in determining sales targets for sales force. • Cooperating to embed spare parts highlights into product/system/service training to internal teams and customers. • Assisting sales and marketing teams in the launch and selling of spare parts associated to new products/systems/services

- Microsoft 365
- Minimum of two year experience in a similar role
