Job qualifications:

• Experience in substation (3-5 years of experience) Gas-insulated switchgear substation, EPC experience preferred, if they have experience in US Utilities, understanding how they work, gas insulated switchgear. Looking for strong PMs or strong substation technical background.
• The GIS group manages smaller projects, less complex, project value $10-15M average up to $50M. Each PM should do about 4-5 projects
• Prefer PMP certified but not required, Siemens certified (IPMA) preferred
