Duties & Responsibilities:
- Travel to Customer sites to inspect, install, commission, test calibrate, upgrade, repair, refurbish ARM/NOV Equipment /products
- Interface with relevant depts. To obtain a thorough understanding of NOV products and how they are safely operated , tested and calibrated.
- Prepare Service Report and ARM/NOV document(s) /procedure(s) at the end of the job and summarize the job performed details to the customer.
- Train customers on the safe and proper operation of these products.
- Investigate reported Equipment /product Problems /NCRs and initiate corrective action
- Conduct field operational analysis and surveys creating reports recommending approvements and optimisation of existing and future equipment /products.
- Provide Information, reports, feedback, redline drawings to both customers and ARM / NOV appropriate departments so that correct records of all actions are understood and maintained.
- Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in NCR investigations
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned
- Good relationship with Client, Supplier & ARM/NOV global team members

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Knowledge of NOV supplied drilling equipment or industry equipment
