ProductionAirswift is seeking a Mechanical Execution Analyst to work on an outsourced contract in Rio de Janeiro with a major O&G Operator.
Responsible for developing the activities of the Mechanical Offshore Execution discipline, to ensure the technical assistance to the Offshore Units Operation and Maintenance, as well as contributing to its availability and the results achievement, established for the business. Support on suppliers' contracts, on external/client audits and compliance assurance in general and offshore employee technical competence assessment
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the Operations results achievement, by supporting all Offshore units activities related to the Mechanical Offshore Execution discipline from the technical assistance point of view, by attending the corrective/preventive maintenance demands that require onshore support (including proactive campaigns), developing solution designs and defining the work packs, by developing/monitoring/analyzing proper KPIs and meaningful statistics and by setting adequate actions to eliminate gaps, promoting continuous improvement
Contribute to the vessels' POB Plan, by maintaining proximity with IA Planners and analyzing and validating the Maintenance Services Forecast, as well as monitoring the integrated maintenance plan
Ensure the equipment's availability, according to the maintenance plan, by reaching out for maximum compliance, cost-efficient operation and maintenance, identifying execution improvement and backlog reduction opportunities.
Support the MdB's corporate annual budget planning (expenses and investments) for de Mechanical Offshore Execution discipline by providing information based on previous experiences, technical knowledge, and best practices of the market.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Higher education or engineering students
Advanced English
Intermediate Office Package knowledge is required. Basic CMMS knowledge (SAP preferred) is expected. Basic MS Project, AutoCAD, Navisworks knowledge is a competitive edge.
