As an Advanced Mechanical DesignEngineer - Bearings here at Honeywell, you will be part of Honeywell'sElectronic Solutions (ES) team at the Glendale, AZ facility, which has a40-year heritage of designing, developing, and manufacturing extremely highreliability products for manned and unmanned space applications. The ES team is a worldwide leader in the development of satellite momentum control and isolation as well as flight controls, displays, guidance and navigation systems and inertial instruments. We areseeking candidates with experience in mechanical design, analysis and manufacturing or experience/interest in bearing design. In this role, you will use yourengineering experience to support design, analysis and procurement of bearingsfor the high reliability space business. In addition, will producedocumentation to support flight programs, anomaly investigations and bearingsupplier issues. Must have excellent analytical and communication skills.

You will report to our Sr Systems Eng Manager and work on a hybrid work schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

  • Travel: up to 15%

Must be a USCitizen due to contractual requirements

MUST HAVE
  • 5+ year of mechanical engineering experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
