Honeywell is seeking a Level 4 Inspector to play acrucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products. You willbe responsible for inspecting and testing products at various stages of theproduction process to ensure they meet the required standards.
In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of our products, ensuringthat they meet the highest standards of excellence.
Your meticulous inspections and tests will help identifyany defects or issues early on, allowing for timely corrective actions andpreventing any potential quality problems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
LOCATION: Phoenix, Arizona
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws andregulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S.citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. underasylum or refugee status.

- Conduct inspections and tests on products at various stages of the production process.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and document any defects or non-conformities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results.
- Read blueprints and engineering specification to obtain product information.
- Inspect machine work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Must understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (Symbols and applications)

YOU MUST HAVE
- Prior experience in quality control or inspection role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non-conformities.
- Knowledge of quality standards and specifications
- Prior experience with Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of SAP
- Prior experience utilizing inspection techniques and hardware, familiarity with metrological techniques and applications, including but not limited to: Micrometers, Depth Mics, Verniers, Vertical and horizontal drop indicators, Height gages, O.D. & I.D. testers, O.D. & I.D. air gages, Go/no-go gages, Telescopic gages.

- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Certification in quality control or related field.
- Good analytical and creative problem-solving skill.
- Ability to use tools and techniques to perform.
- Proactively and clearly communicate important, comprehensive, and specific information that others need.
- Ability to read technical data and specifications.
