This position reports to

Your role and responsibilities

• Planning, controlling and monitoring manufacturing and production orders to ensure an efficient production process. • Proactively eliminating delivery bottlenecks and clarifying differences to maintain production continuity. • Identifying and managing capacity bottlenecks and optimizing production schedules, taking into account material availability and capacity. • Close cooperation and coordination with other departments to ensure a smooth production process. • Implementation and monitoring of measures to safeguard production both internally and at the end customer. • Evaluating and analyzing KPIs and monitoring compliance with specified key figures. • Active participation in projects for new product launches to continuously improve production processes.

Qualifications for the role

• Completed commercial or technical training.
• Several years of professional experience and sound knowledge of production planning and control.
• In-depth understanding of production processes and their optimization.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Confident handling of SAP PP/MM and MES systems.
• Precise and independent way of working.
• High level of flexibility, ability to work in a team, commitment and ability to work under pressure.
