Job Summary:
If you are a System professional with experience in Automation or Software, Emerson has a great opportunity for you! Based in our Singapore location, you will provide system support for production, troubleshoot manufacturing execution system and software issues, and contribute to automation projects, software change requests, qualifications, and improvements. Additionally, you will support daily PC and software maintenance activities on the production line.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Provides first level support for Manufacturing System issue (PC Hardware and Software)
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of both hardware and software systems to meet production and process improvement goals.
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment and software applications to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Participates in Digital and Automation Projects such as Autonomous Mobile Robot, Vision Inspection and Software development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing challenges and recommend software-based solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and data integrity standards, maintaining accurate records of software configurations and updates.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Diploma in Electronic & Electronic Engineering, Diploma in Software engineering or equivalent. Preferably with 1 to 2 years of proven experience. Candidates without work experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, production systems, and relevant software (e.g., MES, ERP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for both hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Able to think out of the box with strong desire to learn and a great teammate.
• Open to work in second shift (3.30pm to 12 am)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience/interested in either Robotics, Autonomous Mobile Robot, Vision Inspection, SQL Query, C# programming or asp.Net will be an added advantage.
