As a Process Operator - Level 1 here at Honeywell Energy& Sustainability Solutions (ESS), you will play a crucial role in ensuringthe safe and efficient operation of our chemical manufacturing processes. Youwill be responsible for monitoring equipment, making adjustments as needed, andfollowing standard operating procedures to maintain product quality andmaximize production efficiency.
You will report directly to our Shift Supervisor and you'll work out of ourGeismar, LA location.
In this role, you will impact the success of our operations by:
• Operating andmonitoring equipment to ensure proper functioning and adherence to safetyprotocols
• Conducting routine inspections andmaintenance activities to identify and address any issues or potential problems
• Following standard operatingprocedures and guidelines to maintain product quality and consistency
• Collaborating with cross-functionalteams to troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues
• Participating in training programs toenhance your knowledge and skills in process operations
RotatingShift - EOEO FAST SWAP
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operate and monitor equipment toensure safe and efficient operation
• Conduct routine inspections andmaintenance activities
• Follow standard operating proceduresto maintain product quality
• Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
• Participate in training programs toenhance knowledge and skills

• Strong attention to detail andproblem-solving skills
• Ability tocomplete moderate to heavy lifting is required
• Must be TWIC card eligible
