Are you ready to take on the role of Inspector Coordinator for a major oil and gas client? As a contractor, you will have the opportunity to work full-time in the UK for 12 months (extendable). Join our team and showcase your expertise which involves planning, organizing, and managing inspection activities, coordinating NDT technicians, reviewing KPIs, and liaising with stakeholders.

Role Overview
  • Develop NDT inspection plans.
  • Assign NDT technicians and manage inspection schedules
  • Coordinate with other teams (integrity, site projects, etc.) to integrate NDT activities.
  • Supervise NDT technicians to ensure proper techniques and procedures are followed.
  • Review NDT reports for accuracy and non-conformances
  • Address technical issues and provide guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications
  • Document non-conformances and manage corrective actions
  • Prepare detailed NDT reports with findings and recommendations.
  • Maintain inspection records, calibration logs, and technician qualifications
  • Communicate inspection results to stakeholders.
  • Possess knowledge of NDT methods such as ultrasonic testing, radiographic inspection, etc.
  • Stay updated on new NDT technologies and advancements.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Level II/III NDT certification (ASNT, CGSB), API plant inspector is advantageous.
  • Several years of NDT technician experience; planning experience is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, NDT result interpretation, and report writing.
  • Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
