As a Senior Production Planner here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading globally across the supply chain network to deploy the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and facilitate its full adoption. You will ensure that the network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules optimize labor and machine resources while achieving business goals for cost control, productivity, and working capital. In this role, you will lead the monthly Production Planning process cycle for your network of sites, ensuring that finished goods production plans align with the site and network Supply Plans to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and maintain working capital within business goals.
You will report directly to our Production Planning Manager and work out of our Chandler, Arizona location.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the monthly Production Planning process cycle for your network of sites
• Ensure finished goods production plans align with the site and network Supply Plans
• Optimize labor and machine resources while achieving business goals for cost control, productivity, and working capital
• Deploy the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and facilitate its full adoption
• Collaborate with supply and materials planning leaders to execute Production plans
• Participate in monthly SIOP Supply Review meetings to approve network production plans and present associated risks and mitigation plans

YOU MUST HAVE
• 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of project management experience
WE VALUE
• Bachelor's Degree in Materials Management, Operations, or related field
• Experience in SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP MPS, Procurement Logistics, and Manufacturing
• Expertise in material control systems such as MRP/SAP systems
• APICS or CPIM Certification
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
