About the Role

Airswift is seeking a Senior Construction Planning Engineer to support an exciting LNG mega-project in Brunsbüttel, Germany. This is a site-based role, requiring presence Monday to Saturday (8-hour shifts).

As the Senior Site Project Planner, you will play a pivotal role in managing subcontractor planning requirements and maintaining the master control schedule. You will be responsible for weekly schedule updates, reporting, and forecasting using Primavera P6.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and align construction & commissioning schedules across all project phases.
• Work closely with site management to define installation sequencing, schedule timings, and resource requirements.
• Develop and review workflows to optimize project execution.
• Coordinate with engineers and Construction Management to integrate constructability best practices.
• Analyze subcontractor schedules, identifying risks and ensuring alignment with project deadlines.
• Track material deliveries to ensure they meet Required on Site (ROS) dates.
• Set realistic turnover milestones for systems and sub-systems, ensuring smooth project progression.
• Maintain transparent collaboration with the client's planning team.

Your Profile:

• 10+ years of experience in construction/site-based EPC planning.
• Expert user of Primavera P6 with a strong track record in large-scale projects.
• Fluent in both German & English (written and verbal).
• Proven experience in tracking project variances and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple subcontractor schedules.
• Deep understanding of commissioning processes & procedures.
• Commitment to health, safety, environmental, and ethical standards.
