Essential Responsibilities:
- Follow written work instructions, processes, and procedures accurately.
- Perform visual inspections and basic measurements of parts after assembly steps.
- Conduct functional tests using various equipment (e.g., electrical, helium, and leak tests) to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Read and interpret dimensional measurements using tools like calipers and scales.
- Complete required dimensional training and demonstrate proficiency.
- Be proficient in assembly processes, including cutting, stripping, and crimping wires.
- Operate test equipment and handle hazardous materials safely.
- Use a wide variety of hand and power tools, and learn to use complex tools and equipment as needed.
- Obtain and maintain high reliability solder certification, solder inspection certification, and Class I and II weld inspection certification.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Qualifications/Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent assembly experience
Desired Characteristics
- Internal workstation auditing
- Previous experience in set-up and tear down
- Basic trouble shooting experience in a manufacturing environment
