General Overview: Responsible for supporting natural gas operations and equipment including pressure reduction and distribution systems. Tasks include supporting the operations of high-pressure equipment, providing customer communications and maintaining awareness of environmental and health safety.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain various field equipment/ systems such as natural gas pressure regulators, separators, various control devices and gas distribution systems.
• Responsible for instructing third party personnel in the proper function and operations of all components of the natural gas field equipment
• Responsible for pre-job meetings to determine appropriate location for equipment.
• Responsible for overseeing proper mobilization and demobilization of equipment, including purging and startup of equipment.
• Responsible for tracking maintenance on equipment.
• Responsible for monitoring parts inventory
• Act as a primary communication link between the operator and management.
• Adhere to required Company Trainings, Policies, and Procedures.

Other Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year work related skill, knowledge or experience.
• Passionate about reliability and safety - customer obsessed.
• Candidate will be required to do heavy lifting.
• Clean Driving Record.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of pneumatic systems with guidance.
• Will complete work in a competent and timely manner.
• Capable of following instructions from immediate supervisor.
• Effectively communicates, both written and orally.
• Knowledge of fracturing, acidizing, and other industry related preferred.
• General knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.

Mental and Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English to follow safety procedures, read work-related documentation, and communicate effectively in the field.
• Must be able to work under occasionally stressful or high-pressure conditions.
• Physical activities may include: bending, lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, kneeling, sitting, standing, walking, stooping, squatting, crouching, crawling, talking, hearing, and seeing.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods as needed.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and handling equipment in various work environments.
• Manual dexterity required to operate tools, machinery, and equipment.
• The position requires moderate to heavy lifting:
  • Up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Up to 50 lbs frequently
  • Up to 20 lbs constantly
• Must be able to work in environments with moderate noise, vibrations, and bright lights.
• Physical capacity to perform tasks in field operations, including exposure to weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, snow, and humidity.
• Must be able to wear and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and hard hats.
• May involve working near moving machinery, exposure to fumes, dust, gases, and changes in temperature and humidity.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Must be willing and able to travel, including overnight and multi-day assignments.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to safety and quality.
• Dependable and reliable; fulfills responsibilities in a timely and consistent manner.
