This position reports to

Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory, including Sales in Excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice. Each day, you will support internal customer service inquiries. You will also showcase your expertise by setting inventory parameters and targets and ensuring adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders. The work model for the role is: onsite This role is contributing to Electrification Smart Power Business Area. You will be mainly accountable for: • Monitoring of production requirements and coordination with production team to ensure continuous production according to the customer orders • Aligning purchase orders with customer requirements in terms of content, delivery and sustainability • Purchasing materials on behalf of the business according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule and terms. Execute the procurement process. Overseeing supplier performance (on-time delivery) and resolving / escalating performance issues • Analyzing excess and obsolete/aging inventory. Taking appropriate action for optimizing inventory performance You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive

Qualifications for the role

• Experience in relevant field will be considered as an advantage
• University degree, preferable Economics or technical degree
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel especially)
• Knowledge of ERP system / SAP will be considered as an advantage
• You are at ease communicating in English
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
