This position reports to

Planning and Fulfillment Manager

Your role and responsibilities

This position is supporting of production work schedule, material plans and in work-in-progress update, inventory rationalization, including sales of material excess, in order to improve service levels and optimize net working capital. You will collate and evaluate data pertinent to supporting material coverage in relation to current production plan, using rough-cut and detailed capacity planning and links it to the demand plan. Adjustment of planning parameters according to global market situation. The work model for the role is onsite. You will be mainly accountable for: • Selects and optimizes raw material inventory levels to maintain supplies at targeted service levels • Analyzes excess inventory, identifies root cause and assigns follow-up action to appropriate value chain function. Establishes appropriate supplier replenishment process • Releases purchase orders, addresses Material Requirement Planner (MRP) action messages, expedites parts and manages quick ship requests • Follows up invoices and payments to suppliers. You will join a dynamic and talented team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

• You have the chance to demonstrate your flexibility being engaged in fast developing Electrification market and to be involved in the most recent innovations in the area
• You can make use of 2 years of experience working on a similar position
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of Material Planning modules of ERP software
• You are passionate about willingness to learn, innovate and be a part of a modern carbon free electrification business
• Bachelor's degree
• You are at ease communicating in English
