This role will report directly to the Managing Director of Taiwan and Regional Head of HR. As the [Senior Manager of HRBP] you will lead and drive the HR strategy for all sites in Taiwan. This role will partner closely with senior leadership and oversee a team of 4–6 HR professionals, ensuring alignment between business objectives and HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic HR Leadership
• Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Provide strategic HR guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Drive change management initiatives to support business transformation and operational efficiency.
HRBP & Employee Relations
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights on people-related strategies.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Lead employee relations strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Talent & Performance Management
• Oversee talent acquisition and succession planning to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders.
• Implement performance management programs that drive accountability and high performance.
• Collaborate with COEs to enhance leadership development and training programs.
• HR Operations & Compliance
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are in compliance with local labor laws and corporate guidelines.
• Partner with the HR Shared Services team to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Leverage HR analytics and data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
• 12 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven HRBP experience in a manufacturing or site-based environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing HR team
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) to collaborate with global stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience working with Centers of Excellence (COEs) in areas such as talent, compensation, and learning & development.
• Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.
• Great command in English and Mandarin.
