Key Objectives
  • Responsible and accountable to assist all piping related maintenance activities performed at Client field by ensuring maintenance activities are integrated in accordance with the Production Unit Asset Leadership team's plans.
  • Responsible and accountable to ensure that all piping work is carried out in accordance with specifications to a high-quality standard at minimum cost and within scheduled repair time.
  • Responsible and accountable to ensure an acceptable standard of Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety and Security Management System are maintained in accordance with recognized working practices and the Company's QEHS&S Manual and Policy.
  • Responsible and accountable for organization communicating CLIENT expectations on job safety, health, environmental and security to Maintenance team.
  • Reporting to mechanical, piping, and HVAC section head for all program and activity.
  • Maintain communications with the Operations Team to maintain equipment reliability.
  • Assist Operations in the planning and execution of plant turn arounds and facility upgrades.
  • Plans, updates, and oversees all activities within his or her areas of responsibility according to the laws, regulations, standards, specifications, and procedures. Special emphasis must be placed on health, safety, and the environment.
  • Participate in site Emergency Response activities.
  • Initiate and participate in Site Emergency Drills to raise awareness of Emergency Response procedures, and conduct team debriefs on conclusion of the drills.
  • Support the application of CLIENT Policy in relation to the Drug and Alcohol policy, Company Ethics, Award conditions, etc., whilst respecting and protecting the personal rights of subordinates
  • Report incidents both internally and externally (as per the Reporting Matrix) and escalate awareness as per the Incident Reporting Guidelines
  • Look for opportunities to optimize operations and implement them accordingly.
  • Verify system operation and performance after implementing the recommendation.
  • Provide technical evaluations of material, equipment and maintenance procedures.
  • Responsible and accountable for organization communicating CLIENT expectations on job safety, health, environmental and security to Maintenance team.
  • Maintain communications with the Operations Department, surface technical and other related documents to maintain equipment reliability and availability.
  • Review project proposal and detail design for new and/or existing facilities.

Expected:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related Engineering Field.
  • Minimum 10 years working experience.
  • Experience supervision and managing operation maintenance team.
  • Piping-Static Equipment Knowledge:
    1. API 650 Storage Tank Design
    2. API 653 Storage Tank Inspector
    3. ASME B31.3, B31.4, dan B31.8 Piping Design
    4. API SPEC 15HR Fiberglass Line
    5. API 570 Piping Inspector
    6. ASME Sec. VIII Pressure Vessel Design
    7. API 510 Pressure Vessel Inspector
    8. Coatings Systems, N.A.C.E.
  • GRE / GRP & Carbon Steel Wrap Systems

Skills:
  • Language English and Arabic Proficiency.
  • Understanding Project Managements.
  • Good awareness in Safety Operations, Risk Assessment, and Best Practice Engineering.
  • Problem Solving.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understand and follow oral and written instructions; prepare clear and concise records, reports and other written materials.
  • Continuous Improvement.
  • Industry Knowledge: Oil and Gas Standard, Code, and Regulations

  • Familiar with Tools/Software corelated with Piping-Static Equipment Design.
  • Tank and Vessel Design
