IS Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the Information Systems (IS) function in the designated division while developing and implementing division IS strategy and architecture. Each day, you will develop, implement, and run the IS solutions and services within the division. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring appropriate governance and delivery of common services assigned to division as relevant. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solution division at Nashik, India. You will be mainly accountable for: • Owning division IS project portfolio and ensuring its delivery against business strategy and objectives. • Leading shared services (i.e., common domain) or organization (i.e., country or cluster) on behalf of the wider IS organization as per IS operating model and business area IS organization and ensuring their expected delivery outputs. • Controlling the IS spend, costs allocation and rolling forecast and ensuring financial accuracy and transparency to optimize controllable IS spend and ensuring value added investments. • Partnering with business stakeholders and division/function management to map business demands to existing or new IS solutions in your area of responsibility. Qualifications for the role

• You are immersed in Information System function in switchgear industry
• You have 15 to 20 years of experience in understanding business needs both strategic and operational, Translating business needs to IS/IT requirements, driving agreement with business about scope and delivery mode and organizing and supervising delivery of IS/IT services to the unit
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of ERP/SAP, Factory Digitalization & IT Management, MES
• Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• You are at ease communicating in English
