The Completion Operator assists the Completion Manager in ensuring the successful execution and documentation of the completion process, while actively participating in meetings with subcontractors and preparing essential completion dossiers.

The Completion Operator assists the Completion Manager in ensuring the successful execution and documentation of the completion process, while actively participating in meetings with subcontractors and preparing essential completion dossiers.
Main accountabilities:
- Support the Completion Manager with additional tasks as required, contributing to the overall success of the completion and handover process.
- Monitor the completion process to ensure that all activities are executed and documented in the correct sequence and according to the project schedule.
- Support completion meetings with sub-contractors to discuss progress, priorities for testing, and punch list clearance.
- Prepare and compile the Mechanical Completion (MC) and Ready for Start-Up (RFSU) dossiers
- Ensure the readiness and accuracy of the completion database in coordination with the EASYPLANT coordinator, relevant disciplines, and project teams.

Qualification: Technical or Bachelor Degree.
Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English.
Experiences
- Industrial Background: in EPC projects for the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Completion Philosophy: In-depth knowledge of pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up processes and methodologies. Familiarity with commissioning subsystems, mechanical completion, and readiness for start-up is essential.
- Completion Software: Expertise in completion management software and database systems for monitoring project progress. Experience with EasyPlant Software is preferred, but familiarity with other tools such as ICAPS, TOSTR, or Zenator would be advantageous.
- Technical Documentation: Proficiency in preparing and reviewing technical documentation, including reports.
- Technical Documentation Understanding: Should have a solid grasp of all main project disciplines, including piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and telecom, to effectively interpret various types of technical documentation, such as Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Cause and Effect (C&E) diagrams, and loop drawings.
- Computer Proficiency: Should possess strong computer skills, with mandatory proficiency in Microsoft tools, particularly Excel and Word. Advanced Excel skills are essential for data analysis and reporting.
