We are seeking experienced Solar Panel Installers to join our team for ongoing projects in Frisco, Texas, and Irving, Texas. This is a great opportunity for skilled professionals to work on renewable energy projects with competitive hourly pay and growth potential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble, install, and secure solar panels on rooftops and ground-mounted structures
• Measure, cut, and assemble support structures for panel installations
• Ensure proper wiring and connection of solar panels to electrical systems
• Use hand and power tools to fasten solar modules and racking systems safely
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on existing solar installations as needed
• Follow OSHA and site safety protocols, including fall protection guidelines
• Work in collaboration with electricians and site supervisors to complete installations efficiently
• Operate aerial lifts or scissor lifts if certified (preferred)
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent, verifiable experience installing solar panels
• Aerial lift or scissor lift certification (preferred but not required)
• Must have own hand tools, basic PPE (hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, hi-vis vest), and steel-toed work boots
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights
• Strong understanding of basic electrical concepts related to solar installation
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to job sites in Frisco and Irving, TX

Compensation:

• $17 - $25 per hour, based on experience
• Full-time position with potential for overtime
